The 57-year-old Australian actor\u2019s Broadway star girlfriend\u00a0Sutton Foster<\/span>, reportedly isn\u2019t thrilled about the on-screen sparks, with sources telling\u00a0Radar Online\u00a0she is \u2018mad with jealousy.\u2019<\/p>\n

The Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Foster, Jackman, and Hudson for comment.<\/p>\n

Jackman and Foster have been going strong since\u00a0confirming their romance<\/span>\u00a0earlier this year in January.<\/p>\n

The romance comes amid Jackman\u2019s split from ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness, with their 27-year marriage officially ending in June 2025.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Hudson, 46, who has been in a long-term relationship with musician\u00a0Danny Fujikawa<\/span> since 2016, dazzles alongside Jackman as two musicians who fall in love while bonding over their shared passion for Neil Diamond.<\/p>\n

The pair reportedly grew close while filming and even joked about feeling like a married couple \u2013 much to Foster\u2019s chagrin, Radar Online insiders say.<\/p>\n

According to insiders, part of Foster\u2019s jealousy may stem from her suitability for the role, which ultimately went to Hudson.<\/p>\n

A source told Radar Online: \u2018The first thing people may wonder when they see Song Sung Blue is, \u2018Hey, why isn\u2019t Sutton Foster in this movie with Hugh?\u2019 She\u2019s the right age, she has the right look, and, unlike Kate Hudson, she\u2019s actually an accomplished singer.<\/p>\n

\u2018But the vision for this project required that Hugh star opposite someone who is equally famous, and that disqualified Sutton.\u2019<\/p>\n

While Hugh and Kate are reportedly just good friends, the source warns that the press tour could put a strain on his relationship.<\/p>\n

They added: \u2018With a big promotional tour ahead for Hugh and Kate, it\u2019s only going to get worse for Sutton, even if Hugh doesn\u2019t see what all the fuss is about.\u2019<\/p>\n

However, according to an onlooker at the Song Sung Blue premiere earlier this month, Foster and Hudson\u00a0appeared to squash rumors of jealousy<\/span>\u00a0after the actresses were seen being \u2018friendly\u2019 with each other and \u2018sharing a heartwarming moment\u2019 together.<\/p>\n

The reports of \u2018jealousy\u2019 in Foster and Jackman\u2019s relationship\u00a0comes amid the Australian actor\u2019s alleged drama with ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jackman and Foster made their red carpet debut during the 2025 AFI Fest in Hollywood a few months earlier in October.<\/p>\n
